Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have been diagnosed with cancer.
  • You finished your last cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, etc.) no more than 3 months ago. If you are on hormonal therapy (like for breast or prostate cancer), you can still join.
  • You live in the Maresme area (near Barcelona, Spain).
  • You have permission from your oncologist to exercise and no major health issues that make exercise unsafe.
  • You do not have any problems with thinking, moving, or balance that would prevent you from doing the assessments or exercises.
  • You can speak and read either Catalan or Spanish.
