Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and have a smartphone you can use.
  • You have high blood pressure in pregnancy (starting before or after 20 weeks, with or without other signs like protein in urine).
  • Or you are at higher risk for high blood pressure (e.g., carrying twins, having diabetes, obesity, or a past pregnancy with high blood pressure).
  • You do not have confusion or memory problems that would make it hard to use the app.
  • You are not in immediate need of delivery or constant hospital monitoring.
