Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer must be hormone receptor-positive (ER and/or PR ≥1%) and HER2-negative.
  • You must have high-risk features, like more than 3 positive lymph nodes, or 1-3 positive nodes with a large tumor or high-grade cancer.
  • You need to have had all visible breast cancer surgically removed (negative margins) at least 21 days before starting the trial.
  • You must have completed chemotherapy (before or after surgery) and recovered from most side effects.
  • You must not have had prior radiation to the chest or armpit nodes, or ever taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like Ibrance, Kisqali, or Verzenio).
  • Your cancer must not have spread beyond the lymph nodes to other organs.
