- You are 18 or older
- You have a high-grade vulvar lesion (VIN 2/3) that was found by biopsy in the last 3 months and hasn't been surgically removed
- You have a positive HPV test of any type
- You are not pregnant or nursing
- You are willing to use birth control during the treatment period (first 8 weeks)
