Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to at least one standard treatment (chemotherapy or targeted therapy).
  • Your tumor is accessible for a biopsy or surgical removal of a metastatic site.
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to give written consent.
  • You are in good enough health to walk and care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer is measurable on scans using standard criteria.
  • You have adequate organ function (normal blood counts, kidney and liver function, and heart pumping function above 50%).
