Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread, or another solid tumor with specific genetic changes.
- For most groups, you must have already tried a PD-1/PD-L1 treatment (like immunotherapy) and it stopped working.
- Your cancer must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (called a measurable lesion).
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1) and do not have serious heart or brain problems that are not controlled.
- You have no active or untreated brain metastases unless they are small and not causing symptoms.
