Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma, which may include some neuroendocrine features but not pure small cell or certain other types
  • Your cancer is measurable or can be tracked by scans or blood tests
  • You have had your testicles removed or are on continuous hormone therapy (like Lupron or Firmagon)
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • You have not had an autoimmune disease in the last year
  • You have not had a heart attack, unstable angina, heart failure, or stroke in the last 6 months
