Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with IDH-wild type glioblastoma (the most common type of this brain tumor).
  • Your doctor plans to treat you with the standard combination of temozolomide chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
  • You can safely have an MRI scan with contrast dye.
  • You are not HIV-positive.
  • You do not have active inflammatory diseases like multiple sclerosis, lupus, Crohn's disease, or rheumatoid arthritis.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
