- Your LDL (bad) cholesterol is between 115 and 190 mg/dL, and your fasting triglycerides are below 350 mg/dL
- You have a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 35 (overweight or moderately obese)
- You eat fewer than 14 eggs per week (about 2 per day or less)
- Your blood pressure is below 140/90 (not on medication for it)
- Your fasting blood sugar is below 126 mg/dL (no diabetes)
- You are not taking medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar
