  • You are between 65 and 85 years old (or 20 to 39 if you are a healthy young adult).
  • You have no major memory problems (tested with a simple memory assessment).
  • You have not had any arm or shoulder injuries in the past year.
  • You can see well enough to complete simple tasks.
  • You do not have a serious mental illness or a brain disorder.
