- You are a woman older than 18.

- Your cancer is stage IB3 to IVA according to FIGO 2018 classification.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0-1) and have no major organ failure.
- You have not received any prior treatment for cervical cancer.
- You have not had any previous immunotherapy (like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors) and do not have an immunodeficiency disorder.
