Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have moderate to severe discoid lupus on your skin.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
  • You must not have active or latent TB infection.
  • You must avoid certain topical treatments 2 weeks before starting.
  • You cannot have used certain biologics or JAK inhibitors recently.
