The goal is to find new ways to treat the disease based on your metabolic profile. You may be eligible if you have locally advanced breast cancer (Stage II–III) and are willing to share your medical records.

Who can take part
- You have a diagnosis of locally advanced breast cancer (Stage II or III), such as hormone-receptor positive, HER2+, or triple-negative types
- You are 18 years or older
- You are willing and able to give informed consent
- Your medical records include information on blood sugar, cholesterol, weight history, and any medications you take for diabetes or high blood pressure
- You have not had cancer in the past (other than this one) or any other breast cancer before
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV) and you have not had hormonal therapy before starting treatment
