  • You have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) by a doctor
  • You do not have any warning signs like unexplained weight loss, anemia, night-time symptoms, a belly lump, or strong family history of cancer
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the past month
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition like schizophrenia or manic disorder
