Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are a patient or caregiver who had a routine checkup at one of the study locations, a community member, a hospital staff member, or a community organization leader.
- If you want to be interviewed, you prefer to speak Bengali, French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Polish.
- You are willing and able to take part in a survey or interview.
- You are not excluded if you have a working phone number and no uncorrected hearing problem.
