Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) with pain in the prostate, scrotum, lower belly, or inner thigh for at least 3 of the last 6 months.
  • You have urinary symptoms like frequent or urgent urination, pain when urinating, or discharge.
  • Your symptom score (NIH-CPSI) is 15 or higher, meaning moderate to severe symptoms.
  • You have not received CP/CPPS treatment in the past 4 weeks.
  • You do not have other conditions like an enlarged prostate, bladder problems, sexually transmitted infections, or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease.
