  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You live in the United States.
  • You speak English.
  • This is your first baby (you are a first-time father).
  • The mother is less than 25 weeks pregnant at the time you join.
  • You are willing and able to receive text messages for the study.
  • There have been no safety concerns (like physical or emotional harm) between you and the mother in the past 12 months.
