Who can take part

  • You are 40 years or older and have a doctor's diagnosis of chronic lung disease.
  • You finished a traditional outpatient rehab or exercise program within the last 2 months.
  • You can walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker.
  • You can complete a 6-minute walk test without your oxygen dropping below 85% (you may use oxygen).
  • You can follow instructions in English and have internet access.
