This study looks at how to improve TB prevention in rural and semi-urban clinics in South Africa. They will work with clinic staff and district leaders to find better ways to stop TB.

Who can take part
- You must work at a clinic in one of these areas: Dr. Beyers Naude, Blue Crane Route, Makana, Ndlambe, Sundays River Valley, Kou-Kamma, or Kouga in the Sarah Baartman district, Eastern Cape, South Africa.
- The clinic must be within a 2-hour drive of Gqeberha.
- Only one clinic per town or area can take part, to get a mix of rural and semi-urban settings.
- The clinic must serve more than 700 patients each month (8,400 per year).
- The clinic must have at least 5 staff members, including 2 professional nurses, a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, a data capturer, a social worker, and community health workers.
- The clinic must have an acting Clinic Manager who agrees to participate.
