  • You have been diagnosed with cancer (any type or stage).
  • You are currently receiving cancer treatment.
  • Your cancer care team has said it is safe for you to do moderate exercise.
  • You do not have any chronic condition, memory problem, or injury that would stop you from exercising at a moderate level.
