It may be an option for people with medium- or high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer who have not received this type of treatment before.

Who can take part
- You have non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (the cancer has not spread into the muscle layer of the bladder).
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and are in good overall health (able to carry on all pre-disease activities without restriction).
- You have not received initial chemotherapy perfusion into the bladder within 4 weeks after your tumor removal surgery.
- Your cancer is considered medium-risk or high-risk for coming back.
- You do not have carcinoma in situ, upper urinary tract or urethral tumors, bladder perforation, or other serious conditions.
- You have not had prior BCG therapy, bladder hyperthermic perfusion, pelvic radiation, or systemic chemotherapy.
