Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and you have already tried first-line immunotherapy plus chemotherapy without success.
  • You are able to swallow pills and have good overall health (ECOG score 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are within certain limits (your doctor can check).
  • You have not been treated with adebrelimab, apatinib, or tegafur before, and you do not have active bleeding, fistula, or uncontrolled heart problems.
