This study tests if talking with a counselor (motivational interviewing) can help new mothers who feel they don't have enough breast milk. You may join if this is your first baby, you deliver vaginally, and you're only breastfeeding but worried about your milk supply.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You feed your baby only breast milk
  • You feel like you don't make enough milk for your baby
  • Your baby was born at full term (37 weeks or later) and weighed at least 5.5 pounds (2500 grams)
  • You gave birth vaginally and this is your first baby
  • You speak Turkish
