  • You are 18 years old or older and can read and write in Turkish.
  • This is your first baby (you have not given birth before).
  • You gave birth to one healthy baby after 37 weeks of pregnancy.
  • You and your baby are healthy, and your baby does not need intensive care after birth.
  • You have a smartphone and are willing to join the study.
