Who can take part
- You must have given informed consent to join the study.
- You must either have no filarial infection, or be infected with only one of the following: Onchocerca volvulus (river blindness), Loa loa (loiasis), or Mansonella perstans. Or you may have both Mansonella perstans and Loa loa.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You cannot have taken any anti-parasitic worm medication (antihelminthics) within the last 6 months.
