Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 42 years old.
  • You have irregular menstrual cycles (shorter than 21 days, longer than 35 days, or fewer than 8 periods a year).
  • You are planning to have a single blastocyst (an early-stage embryo) transferred.
  • You are not taking part in any other clinical trial right now.
  • You are not allergic to letrozole, Ovitrelle, estradiol valerate, or micronized progesterone.
  • You do not have certain uterine issues (like fibroids, adenomyosis, or a structural abnormality) or untreated hydrosalpinx (fluid-filled fallopian tube).
