- You have been diagnosed with endometriosis (any stage).
- You are scheduled for laparoscopic surgery (not just for treatment).
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You can lie still in a scanner for a while (no severe back pain or arthritis).
- You have no metal implants, pacemakers, or other MRI-unsafe devices.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain heart, kidney, or liver problems.
