3D printed kidney models for robot-assisted surgery

Tumoral Kidney

Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial is testing if a 3D printed model of your kidney helps surgeons better plan and perform robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (removing only part of the kidney) for kidney tumors.

Can a 3D model of your kidney reduce anxiety before surgery?

This study tests whether showing you a personalized 3D model of your kidney before surgery helps lower anxiety. You'll be scheduled for a partial nephrectomy (removing just the tumor, not the whole kidney) for a kidney tumor.

NCT06525831Recruiting
3D printing kidney models for surgery planning

This trial uses MRI scans to create 3D printed models of kidneys with tumors. It aims to help surgeons plan operations. You may be able to join if you are scheduled for kidney tumor removal.

3D imaging for better robotic kidney tumor surgery

This trial uses advanced 3D imaging to help surgeons perform robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (removing only the tumor, not the whole kidney) for people with a single, complex kidney tumor. The goal is to make the surgery safer and more precise.

Using AI 3D kidney models to guide partial nephrectomy

This trial tests if a 3D kidney model made with artificial intelligence helps surgeons remove a kidney tumor (partial nephrectomy) more precisely. It may help preserve healthy kidney tissue while treating the cancer.

Testing a 3D imaging system for robot kidney surgery

This study tests a new 3D imaging system (RUS NE) to help surgeons perform robot-assisted partial nephrectomy more safely and effectively. If you have a small to medium-sized kidney tumor and are already scheduled for this surgery, the researchers want to compare your outcomes to people who had the standard procedure.

Robot-assisted kidney tumor surgery with 3D imaging guidance

This study compares a robot-assisted kidney-sparing surgery guided by 3D images. It aims to improve how precisely surgeons remove a complex kidney tumor while protecting kidney function.
