Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have an advanced, recurrent, or metastatic solid tumor (confirmed by biopsy or cytology).
- You must be able to care for yourself and be up and about more than half the day (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You must not have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases.
- You must not have had side effects from previous treatments worse than mild (except hair loss, fatigue, or mild nerve pain).
