  • You are an adult with or without a disability.
  • You can follow the program instructions and take part in group activities.
  • You can understand Swedish and the program content.
  • You do not have severe mental health issues that would make joining difficult, like severe depression, severe anxiety, psychosis, or a manic episode.
  • You are not currently homeless, as this may make participation harder.
