  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced cancer (cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed surgically).
  • Your major organs (like heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) are working well enough.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You have not had any cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy) in the last 4 weeks.
