- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have advanced bladder cancer (spread or can't be removed by surgery).
- You are starting or within 8 weeks of starting your first systemic therapy (like chemo) at Roswell Park.
- You speak, understand, and read English.
- You have a caregiver (family member or friend) who is at least 18, speaks English, and is willing to join the study.
