Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer
- You are currently receiving chemotherapy and expect to live more than 12 months
- You and/or your health report shows at least two significant emotional or brain-related symptoms
- You have a primary caregiver (a family member or close person who is your main support)
- You and your caregiver can use the internet and are fluent in English
- Your daily functioning is adequate (Karnofsky score 50 or higher)
