Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You have tried standard treatment and it no longer works, or you are in a group that has not had systemic therapy.
  • You are generally healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample (either from a previous biopsy or a fresh one).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor lesion.
  • Your organs are functioning well enough to participate.
  • You are willing to use highly effective birth control if needed.
