AI-guided health advice for stomach conditions
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests whether a personalized AI program can give you better health advice based on your stomach condition. It is for people who have gastric intestinal metaplasia (GIM) or have had H. pylori infection and are already scheduled for a gastroscopy.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 or older

- You are scheduled for a gastroscopy (a camera test of your stomach) as part of your regular care
- You have not taken antibiotics in the last 4 weeks
- You have not taken stomach acid reducers (like omeprazole or pantoprazole) or bismuth products (like Pepto-Bismol) in the last 2 weeks

This trial checks whether an artificial intelligence (computer) system can help diagnose Helicobacter pylori (a common stomach bacteria) and early stomach “premalignant” changes using endoscopy results. It may help doctors spot problems more accurately when you have a scheduled scope.
This study uses a special artificial intelligence (AI) program to help doctors spot stomach cancer during an upper endoscopy (a camera test of the stomach). It is for people 60 and older who are already scheduled for this test because they have a higher risk of stomach cancer.
This trial tests if an artificial intelligence program can help doctors better detect certain pre-cancerous changes in the stomach lining during an advanced endoscopy procedure. It may benefit people at average risk who are already scheduled for this type of exam.
This trial tests whether artificial intelligence can help doctors find early signs of stomach cancer during a routine endoscopy (a camera test of your stomach). It is for people aged 60+ living in certain regions of Italy who are already scheduled for this procedure.
This trial tests a computer-aided system used during upper endoscopy to find stomach growths that might be missed. It may help improve detection of early stomach cancer or precancerous changes.
This study looks at people with certain stomach symptoms or precancer risk factors when they get a camera test of the upper digestive tract (endoscopy). The goal is to learn how to better detect and evaluate stomach precancer conditions early, which may help guide treatment or follow-up.
