Who can take part

  • You are diagnosed with at least one anxiety disorder: generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, or another anxiety type.
  • You are not currently struggling with alcohol or drug problems, and you don't have a history of substance use issues.
  • You do not have a diagnosis of psychotic disorder or bipolar disorder.
  • You are not currently in another type of talk therapy (psychotherapy).
  • You have completed at least primary school (elementary education).
