- You were in one of these cities during the February 6 earthquake: Kahramanmaras, Gaziantep, Hatay, Adiyaman, or Malatya.
- You have some symptoms of PTSD, but not necessarily a full diagnosis.
- You can read and write.
- You have a device and internet for online therapy sessions.
- You have not started a new psychiatric treatment or changed medication in the last 3 months.
- You do not have a psychotic disorder, active mood episode, intellectual disability, or dementia.
