Robotic vs laparoscopic surgery for deep endometriosis

This trial compares robotic surgery and standard laparoscopic surgery for people with deep endometriosis seen on MRI. It aims to see which approach helps symptoms better or with fewer problems after surgery.

NCT05245695Recruiting
Endometriosis test using deep computer learning during surgery

This trial studies whether a computer (deep neural network) can better identify endometriosis in people with long-lasting pelvic pain using information from surgery. It may help doctors sort who has endometriosis more accurately when surgery is already planned.

NCT01301885Recruiting
Tests new diagnosis and treatments for endometriosis

This trial studies people who definitely have endometriosis (confirmed by surgery and tissue testing) and compares them with people whose endometriosis was ruled out during laparoscopy. It aims to improve how endometriosis is diagnosed and to explore new treatment approaches.

Comparing two robots for endometriosis surgery

This trial compares two robotic systems (Da Vinci and HUGO RAS) for surgery to treat deep endometriosis. If you have endometriosis that isn't helped by medicine and you need surgery, you may be able to join this study to see which robot works better.
