Who can take part

  • Your child must be 5 to 12 years old.
  • Your child attends a participating primary school or after-school center.
  • Your child should not have a heart or lung condition that makes intense exercise risky.
  • Your child should not have an injury that prevents them from doing their best.
  • Your child should not have a condition, like a movement disorder, that limits exercise.
