  • Your child must be generally healthy with no long-term illnesses.
  • The tooth being treated must be a lower baby molar with a cavity that needs a crown.
  • The tooth next to it and the tooth it touches when biting should still be present.
  • Your child must be cooperative during dental visits (rated as positive or definitely positive).
