  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You have Crohn's disease
  • You are right-handed
  • You can have a brain MRI, colonoscopy, and provide blood or stool samples within one week
  • You have not used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or antidepressants in the past 3 months
  • You have no history of brain surgery, stroke, head injury, metal implants, or claustrophobia
