A new lab method to help eggs develop in IVF for women 35–42

This study is testing a special lab technique called Piezo-ICSI to see if it can improve the chances of a fertilized egg developing normally in women ages 35–42 who are going through IVF or ICSI. It may help if you've had fewer than 3 previous cycles and don’t have certain uterine or genetic issues.

Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 42 years old
  • You have had at most 2 previous IVF/ICSI treatment cycles
  • You are not using a donor egg for this cycle
  • You do not have a known chromosome abnormality
  • You do not have uterine conditions like fibroids, endometriosis, or thin lining
  • You have not had repeated implantation failure in the past
