- You (female partner) are between 20 and 39 years old.
- Your BMI is between 19 and 35.
- You have normal prolactin levels and no thyroid disorder or diabetes.
- Your AMH level is at least 1.5 ng/mL, and you have normal progesterone levels.
- You and your partner have had infertility for at least 2 years (primary or secondary).
- You do not have endometriosis (confirmed by laparoscopy within the last year disqualifies).
- Your male partner has at least 1 million total motile sperm per mL, with at least 5% motility, and a high DNA fragmentation index (above 35%).
