Who can take part
- You have tailbone pain that has lasted for more than 3 months.
- You have been diagnosed with coccydynia (tailbone pain).
- The pain comes from the soft tissues around the tailbone or from pelvic floor muscle tightness.
- You do not have an active infection, inflammatory bowel disease, or psoriasis.
- You have not had surgery on your tailbone or spine, and you do not have a bleeding disorder or are not pregnant.
- You do not have a broken tailbone or any major psychological condition.
