  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You are generally healthy with no heart or blood vessel problems
  • You do not smoke or have a history of smoking
  • You have no allergies to soy, peas, milk, lactose, or fructose
  • You have not done hard exercise in the past 2 days, and you avoid caffeine for 1 day before the study
