Who can take part

  • You are 19 years or older and have a solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of your body.
  • Your cancer has not responded to or has progressed after standard treatment, and there are no other standard treatment options available.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your expected survival is at least 12 weeks, and you are able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0–1).
  • Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys) are working well, and you have recovered from side effects of prior cancer treatments.
  • You are not pregnant (if applicable), and you agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 24 weeks after the last dose.
