Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatment.
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live more than 3 months.
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have not had any previous treatment with another anti-CD47 or anti-SIRPα drug.
