Who can take part
- You are in active labor (contractions that are opening your cervix).
- You are carrying a single baby (not twins or more).
- Your pregnancy is at least 37 weeks (full term).
- You have not had a previous cesarean section (C-section).
- Your baby does not have a known genetic syndrome or major birth defect (except some heart conditions that allow vaginal birth).
