STV analysis vs visual CTG check for fetal growth restriction

Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
  • Your pregnancy is between 24 weeks and 0 days and 31 weeks and 6 days.
  • Your baby has severe early-onset fetal growth restriction (size much below normal for pregnancy stage, as confirmed by ultrasound).
  • You are 18 years or older and can sign a consent form in a language you understand.
  • Your baby does not have any known chromosome or birth defect that changes the expected outcome.
  • You are not expected to go into labor or need delivery within the next 48 hours.
