Who can take part

  • You must own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
  • You need a freezer at home for storing food samples.
  • You must understand Dutch well enough to follow instructions.
  • Your weight should have stayed steady (within 5%) for the last 3 months and you should not be trying to change it.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You cannot be on a doctor-prescribed special diet (for example, for celiac disease).
